I am now combining it with my drawing practice and working in a 1:1 context with people who wish me to tune into them in this way. When you become the hollow bone you step aside, removing your ego and all that you know from a brain-mind perspective, and allow the teaching from a numinous world to come through your body and out of your hands, into the drawing implement you are holding.During this process your brain waves changes to theta waves, which are those associated with non-personal creativity and the visionary.  I like to use the monotype process as this technique seems to help, by adding tiny marks of it's own during the work, which usually add to the image. I often draw with my eyes closed, trusting in the process.
